Terms and Conditions of Participation

By participating in the giveaway, you accept the following terms and conditions of participation.

1. Organizer and Prize

The organizer of the giveaway is Favvity oHG, Eppendorfer Landstraße 143, 22085 Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as “Favvity”).

The prize is a Favvity Allrounder Comfort stand-up paddling board.

2. Eligibility and Participation Period

All natural persons with a permanent residence in Germany who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of Favvity are excluded from participation. Participation on behalf of third parties is not permitted.

The giveaway begins on 07/25/2025 (upon publication of the post) and ends on 08/10/2025 at 11:59 PM.

3. Participation / Exclusion from the Giveaway

Participation in the giveaway is voluntary and assumes that the terms and conditions of participation and privacy policy are accepted. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.

To participate in the giveaway, participants must:
follow the Favvity Instagram channels @favvity & @hamburg,
like and save the giveaway post,
and comment by tagging two other people under the post.

The winners will be drawn from all participants. The decision is made by lottery. Each participant may only take part in this giveaway once and can only win once. In particular, participating in the giveaway with multiple Instagram accounts by the same natural person is not permitted.

After the entry deadline, the winner will be notified by Favvity via direct message on 08/13/2025. To process the prize notification by Favvity, the following data is required from the winner: first name, last name, and address. If Favvity does not receive a response from the winner within ten days of the notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new participant will be drawn. Further processing of the giveaway and the prize is handled directly by Favvity.

A cash alternative to the prize is not possible; the prize is non-transferable.

Participation via automated mass entry methods is prohibited.

Favvity reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions, manipulate the giveaway or the entry process, or otherwise influence it unfairly.

4. Modification of Terms and Conditions / Premature Termination of the Giveaway

Favvity reserves the right to make unilateral changes to the terms and conditions and to terminate the giveaway prematurely without prior notice and without giving reasons. Favvity will exercise this option in particular if proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., computer viruses, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or legal reasons. If such termination was caused by the behavior of a participant, Favvity may demand compensation for the damage incurred from this person.

5. Liability

Favvity is not liable for the availability of the Instagram app or the website. Furthermore, Favvity cannot be held liable for technical malfunctions, in particular network failures, and assumes no liability for comments sent by the participant that were not received.

7. Final Provisions
Legal recourse is excluded. The giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram in any way. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is not Instagram, but Favvity. The information provided will be used exclusively for this giveaway. Participants release Instagram from any liability resulting from claims in connection with the execution of the giveaway. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the giveaway should be directed to Favvity and not to Instagram.

The giveaway is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Data Protection

Insofar as personal data of participants is collected as part of the competition, it will be collected, processed, and used by Favvity and authorized third parties exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway, in particular for the delivery of the prize. All information submitted is subject to Favvity's privacy policy.
