Your Balance Board, sustainably made and high quality

The Favvity Balance Board is handmade in Germany from FSC-certified oak. Its robust build ensures maximum durability and a natural, stylish design that fits into any home. A real interior eye-catcher!

Versatile – at home, in the office and for sport

Whether as a wobble board in your home office, for short movement breaks or to complement fitness, surf or stand up paddling training – the Balance Board fits flexibly into everyday life. It needs hardly any space and turns any room into your personal training area.

Train your balance and posture

With the Balance Board you train balance, coordination and core stability in a playful way. Just a few minutes a day can get your deep muscles working and support an upright posture. Ideal for beginners and advanced users alike.

Full-body training without extra equipment

Dynamic balance training works your feet, legs, torso and core muscles at the same time. That builds strength and stability as well as reaction speed and body awareness – all without additional equipment.

Stay focused while you train

When you train on the Balance Board, your body constantly makes small compensating movements – so you stay in the moment and keep your concentration and attention on the exercise. A few regular minutes make a great active break.

Also used in physiotherapy settings

Balance boards have been used for years in physiotherapy and rehab settings for exercises around mobility, joint stability and coordination. The board is also well suited to joint-friendly training in everyday life.

Training app included

Access to the training app with professional exercises and workout modules is included. Developed with the Birken Sports health centre, it helps you build your training in a structured and effective way – whatever level you start at.

In short

The Balance Board is a versatile, high-quality training device for everyday life, sport and wellbeing. As a stylish training device, for balance training or for active breaks – you train effectively, sustainably and with fun.
