How the FAVVITY community trains
Great build quality and loads of fun
The Balance Board is superbly made, and training on it is huge fun. Even if you are not a sports pro, the training does a lot for your own balance (steadiness when walking). (Customer review, translated from German)
No gym needed
I no longer need a gym for balance training. The board at home is available at any time and works just as well – if not better. And it looks beautiful too. (Customer review, translated from German)
FAQs
Can you do a workout with a Balance Board?
Yes. On the board you can train balance, strength and coordination. The app shows you suitable exercises and sessions.
Which muscles do I work?
Mainly your legs, abs and core are involved while you hold your balance and compensate for movement.
How long does a Balance Board workout take?
You can start with short sessions and gradually increase the duration and difficulty.
Is the Favvity Balance Board suitable for beginners?
Yes. The app explains the exercises step by step. With the half-sphere you can start in a controlled way.
What is the difference between the roller, the half-sphere and the ball?
The half-sphere allows controlled movement. With the roller, training becomes more dynamic, and with the ball movement is possible in every direction. You can also use the ball to relax your fascia after training.
What does the Favvity training app offer?
The app contains 28 sessions for strength, mobility and stability. Step-by-step guides show you suitable exercises for beginners and advanced users and help you build up your training sensibly.
